LLC ‘Sandra Dzerele un partneris’ is a licenced chartered accounting company (LZRA licence No.38). The wide range of professionals working in the company includes:

• auditors;
• accountants;
• experts in finance and taxation;
• tangible assets surveyors;
• corporate finance specialists;
• risk management professionals;
• M&A (mergers and acquisitions) experts;
• professionals with expertise in financial loss recovery;
• lawyers with long established practice and reputation.

There are 18 specialists currently working in the company. 17 of them are professionals with a University degree in Economics or Law. 9 specialists have a Master’s degree in these fields. 1 specialist has a sworn auditor’s certificate and 1 has a certificate in business and intangible assets valuation. 3 accountants have EUR accounting certificates. 1 professional has achieved the highest level of Internal Audit Certificate, another one has achieved the secondary level of Internal Audit Certificate. 2 specialists have MBA degrees from Swiss Business School. 2 of our professionals have more than 10 years of teaching experience in Corporate Finance and Intangible .
